Family Mediation<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

The purpose of family mediation is to help you resolve your disputes amicably, centered on the interests of the child. This service offers you five (5) hours of subsidized mediation for an initial separation and two and a half (2.5) hours for a review of your file.<\/p>\n\t\t

Parental and Coparenting Coaching<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

This service is available to separated parents who are living with persistent ongoing conflict and who want to improve the co-parenting relationship. We work on family adaptation following the separation, communication skills and co-parenting trust. During or after the breakup, this family centered service considers the needs of each parent, and those of their children. A good complement to the family mediation service.<\/p>\n\t\t

Family Law<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Services are offered for a Joint divorce petition, legal advice, court representation, drafting of proceedings, preparation for family mediation, child custody, alimony, divorce and separation.<\/p>\n\t\t

Couple Mediation<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Couple mediation is a three (3) hour subsidized mediation service offered to couples without children who wish to settle their differences amicably in a respectful and non-judgmental environment.<\/p>\n\t\t

Social Work Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Services are offered to children, adolescents, adults and couples. A social worker can assist you in addressing several life crisis’ or adapting to life transitions. We focus on issues such as work-related problems or burnout, self-esteem, bereavement, parenting skills, behavioral problems in children, relationship difficulties, loss of autonomy, or management of your emotions.<\/p>\n\t\t

Parental Coordination<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Parental coordination is a process geared towards high conflict situations to ensure respect for of the Court judgment and the application of the parenting plan while facilitating the resolution of disputes. Includes coordinating parental communications and promoting education in to the needs of the children. The Parenting Coordinator works with the parents, in partnership, with the assigned lawyers as well as other professionals and each parent, taking into account the interests and needs of the children. Maintaining or resuming the parent-child relationship is at the heart of the interventions.<\/p>\n\t\t

Psychosocial Evaluation<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Psychosocial evaluation and expertise services are provided by a social worker as part of the opening of a public or private curatorship regime or homologation of a protection mandate. Services are provided in the context of an evaluation for custody and access rights of parents to their children.<\/p>\n\t\t

Psychological Services<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Psychological services are offered to children, adolescents, adults and couples who wish to obtain help without judgment in a warm environment guided by professionals.<\/p>\n\t\t

Personal and professional coaching<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Personal and professional coaching services are offered by trained professional coaches who work with individuals and couples who are experiencing changes in their lives such as the risk of break-up, new professional challenges, professional burnout, low self-esteem, difficulty managing personal and professional changes, and who want to be accompanied and work towards their identified viable objectives. This unique approach offers a tangible partnership in which the individual is actively working towards identified change.<\/p>\n\t\t

Individual Yoga class<\/h2>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

A certified yoga teacher is available to work with you on an individual basis and according to your needs; starting a new yoga practice, working on certain postures in depth, adapting your practice to your reality; pain, stress or a fact of your current life. A meditation practice can also be offered. Small group practice available on request.<\/p>\n\t\t

During the year, we offer several workshops and conferences to individuals and families on various subjects that may interest you such as co-parenting following a separation, communication following a separation, family law and others.
